The Rollin’ Rooster is Nicole and Scott Bower's mobile food-trailer business specializing in the best fried chicken in Vermont.

The first Rollin’ Rooster food trailer first hit the road in 2019 as the first step in Nicole's and Scott’s lifelong dream to own a restaurant. In the Spring of 2020, they added a second food-trailer and in 2021 added a third trailer to the fleet to help meet the extraordinary demand for their incredible chicken.

During Ski Season, you can find The Rollin' Rooster at Killington Resort and enjoy cluckin' awesome food and beverages at the Skyship Base Lodge on Route 4.

Success with the food trailers made it clear that Nicole and Scott needed a complete restaurant-kitchen if they were going to work their full magic, so they opened the first Cluckin’ Cafe in the Fall of 2020 in Pittsford, Vermont. In the spring of 2024, they purchased a second location at Cones Point on Lake St. Catherine.
